Ingredients:
6 Onions
1 tsp Chili powder
4 Green chilies,curry leaves
2 Cups besan flour
1/2 Cup rice flour
A pinch baking soda
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Direction:
โข Thinly slice the onions.
โข Rub the onions with salt.
โข Add the chili powder, besan flour and rice flour in the onion.
โข Mix well and do not add excess water.
โข Take a small portion of the mix at a time and drop it in hot oil.
โข Fry till golden brown.
