Potato fry

Ingredients:

Potato - 2
Rice flour - 2tsp
Red chilli - 2tsp(as req)
salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp

Direction:

  • Remove the peel of the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
  • Add rice flour,red chilli and salt.
  • Set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the potatoes.
  • Saute them and close the pan.After 5 minutes saute them and close.
  • If you do like this,you will get crispy potato fry....

  3. I do this all the time.. but adding rice flour is totally new to me.. guess will add more to crispness!
