Carrot Halwa


Ingredients :

Shreded Carrot - 4 cups
Milk - 4 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Cashews
Ghee - 3 tbsp

Direction :

  • Heat milk in a pan for 15 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tbsp ghee in another pan.
  • Fry cashews for 5 minutes.
  • Add carrot and milk.
  • Stri occasianally for 20 minutes.
  • Now add sugar and stir well.
  • Finally add another tbs of ghee in it.
