Green peas - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Rice flour - 1 tsp
Oil - 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Direction:
- Boil green peas for about 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and put boiled peas into the pan.
- Add chilli powder,garam masala,rice flour and salt.
- Saute well for 10 minutes.
- Our peas fry is ready now.

That rice flour addition looks some thing good, let me cook and check what the rice flour is doing in this dish,,now the Market is flooded with peas.
