Salmon - 1 lb
Cumin seeds - 4 tsp
Onion - 1 cup
Tomato - 1/2 cup
Cumin powder - 3 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli - 3
Curry leaves
coriander leaves
salt to taste
Mustard oil
Direction:
- Heat mustard oil in a pan,add 2 tsp of cumin seeds and fry salmon well.
- Heat mustard oil in another pan and add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves,onion,tomato,turmeric powder,cumin powder,corriader leaves and salt.
- Add little amount of water and green chillies.
- Now add fried salmon.Close the lid and allow to cook.
fantastic curry..Love the color. We do not add onions , so this idea is new to me..thanks !!
