Badam - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Food color
Cashews
Direction :
- Soak badam for 4 hours.After 4 hours remove the peel and pour them to a blender.
- Add milk to the blender.
- Blend badam and milk into a smooth paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add the paste to the pan.
- Stir well in medium heat.
- Add sugar and food color.
- Stir continuously until it become a thick halwa.
- Enjoy this halwa wiht your family.
