Ingredients:
Rice flour - 1 cup
Channa dal - 2 tsp
curry leaves
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Direction:
- Cut curry leaves,take rice flour in a pan.
- Add channa dal,curry leaves,cumin seeds,chiilli powder and salt.
- Add water little by little in the flour to make it to a dough.
- Take small portion of the dough and make it to a ball.
- Put this ball in your palm and press it to become flat.
- Deep fry it in oil.
