Potato - 3
Onion - 1/2 cup
Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
Green chili - 4
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Pressure cook the potatoes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves,mustard seeds and onion.
- saute well and blend the coconut and green chili together.
- Add coconut paste to the onion.
- Give a boil and cut the potatoes into small pieces.
- Add them to the coconut paste.
- Close the lid for 5 minutes.
