Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Red chilli - 3
Garlic - 2 nos.
Coconut - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan and put coriander seeds,red chilli and garlic.Saute them well.
- Add them to a blender.
- To the above mixture add tamarind,coconut and salt.
- Blend them well.
- Now coriander chutney is ready...
- It is a good side dish for idly..
