Rice - 1 cup
Moong dal - 3tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Garlic - 5 nos
Ginger - little bit
Ghee - 1tsp
- Fry the moong dal for 5 minutes.
- Add dal to the rice and wash them well.
- Heat oil in a pan,put mustard seeds,cumin seeds,garlic,ginger and curry leaves.
- Saute them well.
- Add this to the rice and dal mixture.
- Add 1 tsp of ghee and salt.
- Add required water and cook in a rice cooker or pressure cooker.
