Rice flour - 1 cup
Besan flour - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Direction:
- Mix all of the above ingredients except oil.
- Add water little by little to make a dough.
- Divide the dough into 6 parts and roll them into balls.
- Roll out the balls into circle like chapathi and cut them into shape you want.
- Fry them in oil.
- Simple evening crackers are ready now....
