Big Onion - 1
Tomato - 1/2
Garlic - 2 piece
Tamarind - little bit
Shredded Coconut - 1/4 cup
Red chili - 2
Salt to taste
Direction:
- Heat oil in a pan and add red chili and garlic.
- Now add onion and saute them well.
- Add tomatoes and saute well.
- Move them to a blender and add coconut,tamarind and salt.
- Blend them well.
- Heat oil in a pan again,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and red chili.
- Add them to the chutney.
