Ingredients
spinach - 2 cups
garlic - 2 nos
ginger - little bit
onions - 1
green chilies - 2
potatoes - 2
turmeric - 1 tsp
cumin seed - 1/2 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Directions
- In a pan cook the spinach with garlic, ginger, onions and the green chilies for about 5-10 minutes.
- In the meantime boil the potatoes with salt and set aside when done.
- Add the cooked potatoes, garam masala, corriander and cumin powder and a little water if needed.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Eat this with chapathi..
