Pepper - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds _ 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 cup
Red chilli - 1
Full garlic - 2
Oil - 3 tsp
Salt to taste
- Fry pepper,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chilli and 2 nos(2 pallu) garlic without oil in a pan.
- Take them in a blender with cocounut and blend them well.
- In the pan take oil and put mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add onion and saute well.
- After it turns to golden brown,add the blended mixer and theremaining garlic.
- Add salt as required.
- Close the pan and allow garlic to cook.
- Now awesome poondu kuzhambu is ready.
