Poondu(garlic) kuzhambu

Ingredients:

Pepper - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds _ 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coconut
Onion - 1 cup
Red chilli - 1
Full garlic - 2
Oil - 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves

Direction:

  • Fry pepper,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chilli and 2 nos(2 pallu) garlic without oil in a pan.
  • Take them in a blender with cocounut and blend them well.
  • In the pan take oil and put mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Add onion and saute well.
  • After it turns to golden brown,add the blended mixer and theremaining garlic.
  • Add salt as required.
  • Close the pan and allow garlic to cook.
  • Now awesome poondu kuzhambu is ready.
  • It is good for our health...so try this..
