Potato - 2
Rice flour - 2tsp
Red chilli - 2tsp(as req)
salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Direction:
- Remove the peel of the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
- Add rice flour,red chilli and salt.
- Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the potatoes.
- Saute them and close the pan.After 5 minutes saute them and close.
- If you do like this,you will get crispy potato fry....

ReplyDeleteI do this all the time.. but adding rice flour is totally new to me.. guess will add more to crispness!
