Basmathi rice - 1 cup
Tomato - 3
Onion - 1/2 cup
coriander leaves - 1 cup
Cinnamon - 1
clove - 1
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
Briyani masala - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Heat oil in a pan and add cinnamon stick and clove.
- Add curry leaves and onion.
- Saute them well and add ginger garlic paste.
- Add tomatoes and saute until tomatoes are well cooked.
- Mash them with spatula and add red chili powder,briyani masala,garam masala and salt.
- Add chopped coriander leaves,mint leaves and rice.
- Saute for a minute and cook in the rice cooker.
