Onion pakoda
Ingredients:
6 Onions
1 tsp Chili powder
4 Green chilies,curry leaves
2 Cups besan flour
1/2 Cup rice flour
A pinch baking soda
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Direction:
• Thinly slice the onions.
• Rub the onions with salt.
• Add the chili powder, besan flour and rice flour in the onion.
• Mix well and do not add excess water.
• Take a small portion of the mix at a time and drop it in hot oil.
• Fry till golden brown.
