Ingredients :
Shreded Carrot - 4 cups
Milk - 4 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Cashews
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Direction :
- Heat milk in a pan for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in another pan.
- Fry cashews for 5 minutes.
- Add carrot and milk.
- Stri occasianally for 20 minutes.
- Now add sugar and stir well.
- Finally add another tbs of ghee in it.
With your Halwa I can sense so well that the winter has arrived.The color of the halwa looks nice.
