Potato - 2
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Green chilli - 2
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Coconut - 2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Split chick peas(pottu kadalai) - 2 tsp
- Boil potato,peel off them and cut into small cubes.
- Grind fennel seeds,green chilli,coconut and split chick peas.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seed and curry leaves.
- Saute well the onion and the tomato for a few minutes.
- Add the grinded paste and saute well for 10 minutes.
- Then add potatos and allow them to boil.
