Avarakai - 2 cups
Onion - 1/2 cup
Shredded coconut - 2 tsp
Channa dal - 2 tsp
Red chilli - 2
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Direction:
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds,curry leaves,channa dal and red chilli.
- Then add avarakai and salt,saute well for 20 minutes.
- Finally add coconut.
