Basan flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 2 tbsp
Chopped spinach - 1 cup
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Green chili - 2
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Direction:
- Mix all the ingredients except oil.
- It should be like chapathi dough.
- Make small balls out of the dough and press them between your palm.
- Heat oil and deep fry them.
